About Us

Neighbourwell Family Connection Society is a Calgary-based non-profit dedicated to mental wellbeing and community integration — helping families, youth, and seniors build healthier, more connected lives.

Founded in 2026, Neighbourwell started with a simple belief: nobody should have to face life's challenges alone, and strong neighbourhoods are built face to face. We create welcoming spaces where neighbours — newcomers, families, and seniors alike — can connect, participate, and belong, right here in northeast Calgary.

What we do

Mental wellbeing — programs and workshops that nurture healthy minds and balanced living, from screen-wise habits to intergenerational connection that eases isolation;
Community integration — free events and initiatives that help newcomers and neighbours put down roots and feel at home;
Community events — free movie nights and seasonal gatherings for the whole neighbourhood;
Children & youth — programs like the Children's Winter Bazaar, where 100+ young entrepreneurs run their own market stalls;
Neighbourhood care — grassroots projects like our free community grocery station in Homestead.

Everyone is welcome at Neighbourwell. Whether you've lived here for decades or just arrived, there's a place for you.
